Harvest a Lamb for the Family

Join Farmers Travis Wright (Winterfell Acres) & Kevin May (The Farmhouse) for 2 days of hands-on homestead instruction where we’ll ethically harvest, skin, and butcher the home-raised lamb; we will process them down to chops, roasts, and do some traditional Norwegian dry curing. The workshop will take place at The Farmhouse at: N8780 Sandy Hook Rd, Brooklyn, WI 53521. Each day we will gather at 8am and wrap up sometime around 2pm, based on the rhythms of the day.

We will host a day or evening on the farm to put together a winter wreath as big or as small as you'd like! Light food and beverages served. The session will be led by daffodil*parker flower shop.

This workshop includes a walk around the Farm to cut flowers from raised beds as well as some naturally growing flowers and greenery. Light food and beverages served. A flower arranging demo. Concludes with a create your own arrangement to take home. The session will be led by daffodil*parker flower shop.
